Cancellation Policy:

Any notice of Cancellation must be in writing.

If cancellation notice is given at least 30 days or more prior to the date of the event, 100% of the deposit will be returned.

Cancellation giving 10 – 29 days prior to the date of event, 50% of the deposit will be returned.

No deposits will be refunded with cancellations less than 10 days prior to the date of event.

Due to Weather in extreme conditions, we would reschedule the event to the next available date.

A Flat area of 10’ x 20’ with at least a 10 ft opening to the area in which we will be using is required for setup and service.

May require electrical hook-up.

Additional Fees to apply:

Local permit (if necessary): $50.00
Massachusetts & Florida Meal Tax: 7%
Administrative Fee: 10% | Florida 7.5%
Gratuity: 15%
Delivery: $3.00 per mile, one way

Payment Terms

A $795 deposit required at time of confirmation. All final counts, and payment must be received within 21 days before the event.
